Unlike the obvious resistance to Russian imperialism in Georgia, the Estonians are more subtle.

Slipping criticism past Soviet censors evolved into an art. You will also notice that the fringe on the flag is backwards, which in eastern Europe holds the same significance as an upside down flag in the US.
