Kevin Leffler, longtime resident of Davison, MI and high school friend of Michael Moore and Jeff Gibbs, finally got fed up with the oiliness of Michael Moore, first experienced in Moore’s first multimillion dollar profit movie “Roger and Me”.
He made his own film about Michael Moore which Moore succeeded in Banning in Traverse City, and thus to the world. Michael Moore succeeded in bullying the Carmike Theatre chain to cancel an advertised screening on 4 days notice with these egregious tactics, broad based hate name calling, used by bullies of and not the friends of the little guy.
Filmmaker Leffler immediately responded with a reasonable solution Moore simply ignored.
In that “Roger and Me” movie Moore hounded the Chairman of GM acting as if he was not already granted an interview. More hypocritically he made fun of the Chamber of Commerce and local citizens, the little people he claims to represent, each of whom were trying to make the best of a bad situation.
You see Moore thinks every corporation and the government should provide everyone with the “decent living” he has.
Right now he is teamed up with three Wall Street Firms to declare Wall Street dead and evil.
Seriously, just think about the rank hypocrisy he gets away with, obviously associating with those he demonizes. Wall Street is distributing his film. Without that distribution power, Moore’s film would not be the money maker it will be.
Moore is the ultimate capitalist. Frankly, he gives capitalism a bad name, as do other greedy rotten apples.
Also enclosed is the Filmmaker’s response 4 days later on the then canceled scheduled screening date of the film. We were told this would be the beginning of a national roll out.
