Dear Mr/Mrs Senator or Congressional Representative;
We are investigating what an increasingly larger and larger group of the citizenry feel is an unwanted entrenched ruling class with special privileges; an ersatz body of congressional representation, constisting of 100 US Senators and 535 US Representatives.
We good citizens believe our elected government is here to Serve and not to grow rich and politically abusive at the expense of our society and for your aggrandizement.
Had you, Sirs and Madams, wanted to grow rich and accumulate a fan club, you should have chosen to be rock stars, movie stars, professional athletes who create and provide valuable entertainment for the masses, or entrepreneurs, insurance company executives or clean energy providers which create and actually deliver valuable services to the masses and which also create wealth for shareholders who invest part of their hard earned living, not wages and benefits that enrich them, including many of us such as teachers, firemen, policemen, carpenters, secretaries, linemen and don’t forget the bloggers who usually labor for free. And may well be worth it.
If you are already rich when you choose to Serve, perhaps you should pay the government a large fee annually for the privilege and take nothing from your citizenry. After all this is your opportunity to Serve, to give back in a very public way and you have already so successfully benefited financially from the citizenry while providing valuable services they chose to buy, freely one might hope and without undue steering. Really, getting rich is a very good thing if you did it legally. And that judgment should be easy for non lawyers and non accountants to determine unlike the mess you and your predecessors have created and show no inclination to clean up. Reform is overdue.
You, Sirs and Madams, create no wealth you simply consume it. You are elected to provide clear, unambiguous and useful legistlation that the average person can understand and comply with without fear of unfair legal reprisals. And you are elected to provide for a regulatory environment all can understand and can afford to comply with without fear of unfair legal reprisals. You are to providefor all of us to pursue our unguaranteed happiness as we choose. It is paramount that you provide these necessary legislative and regulatory enterprise to thrive, rather than simply redistribute it or unnecessariily politicize it to please those whose votes you covet for you perpetual reelection and enrichment.
You Sirs and Madams, are not adn have not been doing a very good job for sometime now and we think you are overdue for reform.
To assist us in this process, please provide the following information to the Committee.

For each law and regulation provide the rational for how this help private industry to provide the valuable services we the people deserve.

For each law and regulation, provide your individual certifications under oath that none of these laws have been abused and misinterpreted and has had no adverse and unintened consequence to your citizenry or the industries who try to comply with all of your laws and regulations and still make a profit
We the people believe that your unchecked pile on strategy of olymopic legislation creation is undermining and harming every citizen adn honest business in mysterious ways like an undiscovered cancer.
Your 24/7/365 day overly politicized and corrupting activities are the limiting factors in the American Dream Fulfillment today.
Now for your legislatively mandated public financial disclosures.
For each asset or income source, taxed or not, please provide a certification under oath of it’s monetary value within a 5% variance factor.
We the people are seriously scared that you can not distinguish with a greater degree of accuracy in your current financial disclousre requiremnts, which you have required of yourselves. Exactly the way you yourselves determine your salary, perks and special benefits. We think that is a conflict of interest that must be removed as any cancer should be removed as early as possible.
You Mr Waxman have complied with the current holey disclosure requirements a meteorite could fly through undetected. An example of that is your disclosure (LINK HERAE) is that your business interests are valued at 1 to 10 million dollars. And we should be happy with your controlling the pursestrings of the United States of America?

We the people believe that if you have not complied with all of these requirements by the first business day in January of 2010 and responded to our requests for further clarification we fear may be necessary since we cannot understand what you allow special interests to write as Bill and Laws of the Land, which you have not read and which Detroit says would do not good anyway as it would require a stable of lawyers to try to understand.
