“Gay Day” In Schools Inflames Religious and Parent Groups
Bizarre Links To Greatest Civilian Death Toll Before 9-11.
A vigorous and rancorous campaign to politically force California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to veto a new law opponents say will force public schools to hold ‘gay day’ celebrations every May 22. Last Thursday the California Assembly approved AB 2567, which designates May 22 as ‘Harvey Milk Day.’ The 43 to 26 vote occurred on party lines with Democrats for, Republicans against. Earlier this week, AB 2567 passed the California State Senate on another party line vote 22-13 - Democrats for, Republicans against. The bill will require all public schools to ‘conduct suitable commemorative exercises’ in “commemoration of the anti-religious, homosexual agenda of the late San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk”. ‘This bad bill will teach impressionable schoolchildren the anti-religious, homosexual-bisexual -transsexual agenda of Harvey Milk,’ warned Randy Thomasson, President of Campaign for Children and Families.
According to a Senate analysis of the bill, ‘This bill requires the Governor to proclaim May 22 as Harvey Milk Day. The designation of a day of significance triggers statutory encouragement for public schools to observe and conduct commemorative exercises suitable to the day.’
Harvey Bernard Milk (May 22, 1930 - November 27, 1978) was an American politician who was the first openly homosexual man to be elected to public office in the United States, as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. He was elected in the Castro District after the city redistricted into neighborhoods rather than citywide districts.
On November 27, 1978, Milk and San Francisco Mayor George Moscone were assassinated. Milk was an activist for homosexual rights lobbying to change local sodomy laws, and for what he saw as homosexual rights. Moscone was a heterosexual who advocated for homosexual rights and was infamous for not investigating San Francisco Housing Commission Chairman Jim Jones and his People’s Temple Cult for alleging criminal wrongdoing. Jones fled the country and oversaw the mass murders at Jonestown, the greatest single loss of American civilian life in a non-natural disaster until September 11, 2001. Jones was the cult’s leader who oversaw the poisoning and deaths of 918 men, women and children, including his own by having them drink arsenic laced grape Kool-Aid.
Lesbos(ians) Sue Over Lesbian Name

Two Greek women and a man who are residents of Lesbos – a Greek island in the north Aegean Sea near the coast of Turkey — are suing to ban a Greek gay rights group from using the word “lesbian” in its name saying it demeans them and the islands 90,000 residents.
Also known as Mytilini, Lesbos was the home of the ancient poet Sappho (she was born between 630 BC and 612 BC, and it is said that she died around 570 BC.) Sappho praised love among women. Lesbos has become a major travel destination for homosexual women. The Homosexual and Lesbian Community of Greece has accused the plaintiffs of homophobia.
Lawyers from both sides are to submit written arguments Wednesday, and the court is expected to issue its decision in the next six months.
Same-sex Marriage and Abortion To Be on California’s Fall Ballot
Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, New Hampshire, South Carolina , South Dakota and Utah have petitioned California’s Supreme Court to delay implementing it ruling allowing same sex marriages. All except Florida and New Hamphire have constitutional provisions banning such homosexual marriages . Each State would have to determine whether or not they would recognize such marriages likely setting off a maelstrom of litigation.
Governor Schwarzenegger says he supports same-sex marriage putting him at odds with a majority of Califoirnians.That and the state’s inability to act in a fiscally sound way have torpdoed his once sky-high job approval ratings sending him crashng to earth.
If a ballot measure is certified Californians will vote on in November amending its Constitution to ban such marriages the whole thing could be moot. The ballot measure appears ready to be put on the ballot and right now it would pass.
Nationwide a May 21-25 Pew Research poll found Americans oppose same-sex marriage by a 49-38% margin.
Also in California enough signatures have been gathered to require abortionist to notifiy a minor child’s parents before performing an abortion. Right now an abortionist can abort a minor’s fetus without telling the parents. Parents and others say their parental rights are abused and parents have been faced with paying for medical complications because of insufficient and some say even criminal lack of after care. The measure could also be on the November ballot and would be passed according to recent polling.
Stepford and FLDS Sex Slave Factories Must Be Closed
Some may remember “The Stepford Wives” an organized male brainwashing of females in the second half of the last century, some may have seen it in reruns or rented on a DVD. More likely, many today may have seen it on YouTube.object> I liken the unacceptable premise of “The Stepford Wives” to be exponentially true in the FLDS situation today.
To allow such brainwashing of children by the FLDS (in the Stepford Wives, the abused were all mature and very successful women) who are the most vulnerable in any society, for the sexual and power gratification of any man or group of men, so as to enslave children from birth, is beyond the pale. Those in the FLDS abuse religion for their earthly desires as Muslim extremist do to justify killing themselves and everyone else when the powerful men in charge say to. Only the powerful or rich in that religion practice organized or institutional polygamy of indoctrinated women. Simple polygamy is not illegal in many countries, but it is illegal in the US and rape is a separate illegal activity.
Such blatant and illegal abuse must not be tolerated in the US. The antics of Hitler had to be defeated. In the case of the Allies and in the current complex case Texas authorities are faced with, those charged with defeating these scourges, have to use imperfect but necessary power available to them as best they know how. Such power can never be used in a way without unwanted consequences. We can all pray for pacifism, but we must have realistic expectations in the face of such unacceptable situations and not blame the fixer for the sins of the guilty when perfection is not a choice.
It is likely that among those children who do not somehow go back to a slave plantation, some will become prostitutes, some will commit suicide, some will recreate their early learning in all sorts of ways you probably do not want for your daughter or niece or next door neighbor or anyone. Those awful outcomes also face many of those who live in all segments of our society, to some degree, the most minimal of which is still terrible.
Despite likely undesirable consequences, this kind of organized and especially this so well known abuse must be stopped and the authorities have to use the tools available to them as best they can. They can not be expected to undo decades of abuse, as legions of well intended psychological counseling, addiction interventionist know as they face their limits with frustrations on a daily basis. That fact does not mean they, or us as society should put their/our heads in the sand because of our obvious frequent failures when we endeavor to teach people how to lead nondestructive lives.
One in four U. S. teen girls have VD
One in every four teenage girls in U.S. has at least one of the most common venereal diseases, according to a recent study conducted by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Based on the study, the authors conservatively estimate that 3.2 million American teenage girls are infected with VD. The authors say that the total number might actually a bit higher since venereal diseases like Syphilis, HIV and Gonorrhea were not included in the analysis. More than 3 million are infected. The incidence is highest among black American teen aged girls. The infection rate is higher in the U. S. than in Europe.The four common venereal diseases included in the study are human papillomavirus (HPV), chlamydia, genital herpes and trichomoniasis. The study was conducted among girls aged 14-19.
Planned Parenthood Bilks $180 Million From California Taxpayers.
Planned Parenthood is a profit making company (with a “non-profit” attached) that gets the majority of its annual revenue by billing federal, state and local taxpayers for such things as birth control pills and abortions. Admittedly its structure is a cleverly convoluted but that’s the bottom-line. In California it’s facing a lawsuit brought by a fired executive who claims, according to the LA Times, it bilked those taxpayers out of $180-million. The former executive says the fraud started in 1990 and continued until at least 2004 and when he blew the whistle he was fired. Virginia has cut all funding to Planned Parenthood, and a federal judge in Mississippi has ordered its funding stopped because it violates that state’s constitution.
Gloris Steinhem, 73, Shills for Hillary and Rips McCain’s POW Time.
Feminist icon 73-year old Gloria Steinem took to the stump on Hillary Clinton’s behalf Saturday night and denigrated the importance of John McCain’s time as a prisoner of war in Vietnam wondering what he did wrong to get captured, and suggested Barack Obama benefits—and Clinton suffers—because Americans view racism more seriously than sexism. In an odd twist of illogic Steinem said of Hillary’s White House bid, people might “finally admit that, say, being a secretary is the best way to learn your boss’s job and take it over.” Steinem insisted that “from George Washington to Jack Kennedy and PT-109 we have behaved as if killing people is a qualification for ruling people” and she said she was happy Hillary had not been so trained. The event in Austin, Texas attracted about 200 people. Afterward Hillary’s campaign apologized for the Septuagenarian feminists’ attack on McCain war record.

RITE-AID is selling DNA paternity tests for $29.99 and for a $120 lab fee a man or woman can tell who is father and mother. In New Hampshire a study showed 30% of men paying child support were not the biologic fathers of those children – there are an estimated 1.6 million men forced to pay child support who are not the biological fathers.
Many judges order child support if there has been sex whether there is paternity or not. This over-the-counter test is no admissible in court but it will be a lot harder to railroad men into child support.
SYMPATHY FOR THE SISTERS
If you have a bone of compassion in your body, you gotta feel for the women. This was their year, dude! Finally, finally, 88 years after getting the right to vote, one of their own was poised, on the brink, an easy primary season and a walkover general election away from the presidency.
This was big. This was huge. A woman president. Not Vice President, not Ladies’ Auxiliary President, not Presidentette, but President of The United States of America. The biggest job in the world.
Why do we still keep to the old Double Standard Time?
Let’s be real. This year’s Democratic presidential race is not about issues. Registered Dems agree they have two candidates running who appear to be decent, law abiding citizens. They both seem pretty suited for the job. But one candidate is a woman and the other a man. Let’s ignore for this article the part about the male candidate also being black. The gender issue alone is so layered with complexities and misogynist subtext, that to add Obama’s skin color as well to the mix would just be overkill.
Hillary’s Trade-Offs
As the primary continues to unfold I can’t help but think about Hillary’s life. People forget that it was Hillary, not Bill, who was the “rock star” when they first met. But she gave it all up to move to Arkansas and help an unknown lawyer run for governor in one of the most backwards states in the nation. Her friends were appalled by her decision. I can’t help but think of the song from Chorus Line “What We Do for Love”.
It wasn’t all terrible. Arkansas is in the boonies but being a governor’s wife isn’t a bad deal. Then there were the ensuing connections and how that helped her career (and checkbook). Bill might have strayed but Hillary knew he loved her and Chelsea, and he always came back. So she stayed and ended up in the White House. Again, not a bad trade off. Then he cheated there and this time publicly humiliated her and her child.

“You are a racist,” said the text message. Additionally “All white people are racist. Just look at how many whites are voting against Barack Obama and how many are voting for Hillary Clinton, a white woman” Then the email got nasty questioning my parentage.
The assumption of the correspondent that I am “white” is correct – but, my parents were married so s/he is wrong on that second score.
I can agree there is an unwelcome racial tinge to this year’s Democrat Presidential nomination contest. Something like 90% of African-Americans are voting for Barack Obama, and a lot of non-blacks are voting for a white woman. A longtime friend who has spent his life as a statistician tells me the former is a “significant anomaly” – he always talks like that; he means there is a rodent in the wood pile. So, what is going on?
By the way since I was born in West Virginia that makes me an Appalachian-American and I solicit, and in fact insist of my correspondent to be referred to as such.
