Nexus Of Corruption!
This occurs whenever two or more parties, groups, entities, including any government of any level, any enterprise, public or private are involved and either legally, illegally or by unintended consequence and or accidentally become conspirators or partners in an area of discussion and the results are confusing, highly politicized, expensive and rotten in Denmark and elsewhere.
Such a NOC! became evident to me while thinking and listening to our current cacophony of debates about our “health care” system, that some love, some hate, all want to be cheaper and cover more things both for themselves and for others.
No one wants to pay for insurance or medical costs of others directly out of their pocket or else all who could would have “adopted” a non insured person or family and paid for their insurance and while that is entirely possible financially, and it could result in covering everybody, most want the government to do that. Or “he he” have the government compete with the insurance companies to drive prices down. OMG how naive.
That is where the NOC! comes in.
The government, the feds, the cabinets, the supremes, the many regulators, the many oversight hearings by our politically motivated reps and Senators and the same layers of government which also exist in the fifty different varieties, have over decades at least conspired to achieve the following by trying to keep the insurance companies honest and insure competition. NOT.
With and for the insurance companies, but publicly in order to “protect the public” -HS-, the NOC! has insured that only a few very big insurance companies can possibly compete in the high risk world or insurance with it Insurance companies and your “representatives” where ever they fall in the conflict ridden government we have always had.
If the government were now to also compete even more than it already does, think VA, Medicare, elite government plans for the legislators and the president and many political and business and corporate groups for union labor, execs etc at extremely high cost, well then I am certain we would be heading straight toward a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac NOC! debacle. That is of course, if our exponential growth of public debt and war on capitalism does not cause the US to prior be sold in a reverse triangular merger to one of the many state owned companies of China. Whatever happended to their renowned “Chinese Medicine” we tried to import? Hmm.
MR OBAMA, IF YOU WANT COMPETITION, TEAR DOWN THOSE WALLS…..
Regulate appropriately, legislate appropriately and do not FanntySize that you can do anything but ruin the benefits brought to us by capitalism and direct consumer to vendor interactions. Observe the cell phone market, take a hint. Read some history, protect us against companies too big to fail because Mr Obama, from our stand point the US is too big to fail. Do not let that happen. Good government is needed, political competition is preposterous and such a lie.
Let free market capitalism deliver the goods. For the first time ever, give success a chance in the deliverance of health care to all, something most of us want to be able to afford.
