Bloomberg.com reported that during the worst flooding in Vermont in 75 years, the state’s emergency command center

in Waterbury was overcome by flooding from the Winooski River and had to be moved to Burlington late yesterday…

Gotta wonder about the due diligence of the naming and site selection committee or even the quality of the environmental impact statement on that facility.
