- The Apostles of Angels and Demons; Love, Hate and Anger
Love lasts eternal, but once faded it is lost forever. Likened to a myth it is unable to be explained by physical science, but understood and felt nonetheless. ‘True love’ isn’t an impetuous desire or an infatuated feeling one gets in the company of another. It isn’t an inspiration or possession of chimerical design, nor some sort of unreasoning passion brought on by a nympholeptic malaise. It is a lifetime commitment of sacrificially giving, unabashedly caring; especially when not in your favor, or you simply don’t want.
Conversely, hate hurts. It is the perfidious demon that devours everything in its path. It is idiosyncratic to Cerberus; the three-headed hound, guardian to the gates of hell. Hate is the asylum of anger, the harbinger of deceit. Anger, simply put, is a moment of temporary madness. A dark storm that dims the light of the mind. Control it, or it will control you. It is a covert and nefarious enemy, damaging oneself far more than those it is directed towards. O intrepid one, be sagacious, do not unleash the hounds of hell.
