soldiers at Fort Hood was named Nidal Malik Hasan some woman being interviewed said with a straight face “I wish his last name was Smith.” And for me, that summarizes all this PC stupidity.
People just won’t admit the fact that a large group of radical Muslims want to incite terror and kill us. Liberals are so afraid of being politically incorrect that they simply refuse to face reality. Wake up America! It’s not ‘Smiths’ or ‘O’Brians’ or ‘Yamamoto’s’ who have issued jihads or holy wars against us. It’s people with Arabic names. It’s people who are Muslim’s. It’s people who hate our way of life and the very freedom for which we stand.
We need to recognize that we can no longer sit back and enjoy our freedoms. Our freedoms and way of life are being attacked. And not just with bullets. They are using our very own freedoms and courts to shelter and advance their malignant religious rules and laws. Already there are examples of how they are trying to corrupt our country with their extreme laws. At least some reporters are starting to investigate the murder of Muslim women who dared to be Americanized. Women who only wanted to dress like Americans, get an education, be more than the wife to a radical Muslim husband who believes he has the right to kill his wife without facing any penalties by his culture. In fact, why aren’t more women libbers taking up the cause of these Muslim women? They were sure quick to go after radical Mormons who illegally had multiple wives. Yet they are suspiciously
quiet while radical Muslim men abuse their wives and daughters in the name of Allah and the Koran.
Perhaps a part of the problem is that we are a country of nice people. It is almost impossible for us to understand that radical Muslims could treat their women that cruelly. And then there is the little fact that millions of strangers want us dead. Liberals refuse to believe this. They think maybe if they could talk to them, sit down and listen to their leaders, perhaps even understand where they “are coming from” that they could then find some common bonds that will lead to understanding and acceptance. Wrong. Sure they will sit down and talk, their leaders might even make promises to be better in the future. And then at the earliest opportunity they will find a way to kill our soldiers and blow up innocent bystanders with their suicide bombers and ignore their promises.
When the world doesn’t act in a manner that Liberals approve of then Liberals end up turning issues inside out arguing that enemies are friends and friends are enemies? Words no longer mean what we were taught and they give nicer names to things that threaten them so as to feel better. They will insulate themselves by believing that they are superior to other Americans and that their greater intelligence allows them to see the “big picture” and understand the other side. They will always argue that a minority is at the mercy of the oppressive white man. Ironically, most Liberals won’t believe the stereo types of the “abused” minority but will quickly embrace any negative stereo type of the rest of us. And the scary part is that this group is who is running our country today.
Now we had a man of Arabic background, a Muslim, go on a shooting spree killing unarmed soldiers. I had hoped that perhaps our military hadn’t been quite as corrupted by political correctness such as our universities, media and local 
schools have been. This episode with Fort Hood demonstrates just how wrong I was. Political correctness, fear of upsetting a minority, worrying about playing fairly; it is this stupidity that allows a US soldier like Hasan to go so far as to communicate with al Qaeda and email with a radical imam. Not only was his outrageous conduct tolerated but this traitor was even promoted and sent to Fort Hood. Why did no one stop him? How many more unstable Muslims are there in our military? And better yet, does the FBI or military have what it takes to finally go after these men now?
What makes it doubly hard is that much of the hatred begins and ends in their temples. Radical Imams preach against the godless Americans, raise their children to despise us and our way of life, imprison their women into a life of servitude and encourage their young men that killing Americans is not only right but will give them eternal gratitude when they give their life for the cause. And these temples are not just found overseas. They are here in America, too.
Of course not every Muslim temple harbors radicals. But we need to stop the PC bullshit and admit that yes, some of them are our enemies. We need to be penetrating these temples, putting in taps and all that espionage stuff and letting the FBI do their job; rather than being persuaded by liberals and the ACLU start that we are being prejudicial and unfair to this 
religion. We need to recognize that there are cores of truth in stereo types. We need to take action if someone is showing questionable actions, such as this Hasan had without worrying that some ACLU lawyer will come after you.
And maybe the first step is to call things by their right names. When Nidal Malik Hasan began killing unarmed soldiers it was a terrorist attack; Hasan was literally creating terror and fear and not a “man made disaster” which is what our Homeland Security Secretary Janet Naplitano would have you call it. That’s right. A terrorist attack is supposed to be called a man made disaster. It would be laughable if it weren’t so, well, terrifying.

PC, I agree with your post wholeheartedly. As a matter of fact, at the expense of sounding crass and anti-commiserative towards the Islamic nation I shall explain.
Why does a dog lick its balls and hump your leg? Because that’s what a dog does. So why do we attack radical Muslims? They only do what they are bred and brainwashed into thinking and doing. If you were to grow up as such a bowsie, philistine or unlettered person, you would probably do the same. So what doe that leave us? Where am I going with this you ask?
Our focus should be on our government for allowing such a travesty to come about. Our focus should be on exactly what you espouse, the liberal thinking, the insanity of those who coddle such atrocities. We need to edify our own, scorn those who think as the killers do, and those who give them haven in their words.

The protection of the minority, which I enthusiastically support and am proud of as an American born into a white trash majority a long time ago. This protection, which does not apply to me now that I am a minority in many places I love, was consciously enshrined in our unique government by our thoughtful founders after much debate and disagreement.
They created a legislative system calling for two houses who must agree on legislation, one with a population based proportional system of 435 representatives in across all states called the US House of Representatives and the population irrelevant but with state based proportionality in our Senate (two per state regardless of populations or size) has worked reasonably well for minorities.
It insured that the white heterosexual majority could not devolve into a tyranny of the masses wherein, for instance, the vast majority of heterosexuals might have legally offed all the un-closeted homosexuals en masse. Similarly it made it nearly impossible for the American Caucasians of European descent to truly jail on a massive scale most of the freed slaves simply for being a disenfranchised off color uneducated and unhoused minority.
Those despicable things did not happen on the main even if they did in too many sectors for most of us and our sensibilities. Study history, for real and awful American tragedies might not even make the top 1000 list of worst atrocities in the last two decades or even hundred years, as bad as they were. Gays and blacks are alive and kicking and politically powerful because of those protections I am proud of, despite being a heterosexual, while male. Yuck, I’m sorry.
Now we have a growing new minority in the US. Muslims. From all over the world. Many who despise each other and could not live comfortably together in any other country.
They, like immigrants before them, in their vast diversity, have been allowed to legally visit and live here while experiencing similar friction as previous immigrants, to become citizens, to pledge the oaths of a US soldier to defend the US, to buy homes, to try to get rich, to build houses of worship. They have been able to worship at their mosques without the same fear a Christian of any nationality has in Muslim dominated state religion run countries with an overwhelming Muslim majority and where Christians are merely an artifact of ancient history, not yet run out of town or buried. I am a secularist so don’t waste your knee jerk reaction on my mention of Christians.
They are much different in their collective diversity than most other American citizens/immigrants including gays and/or blacks, neither of whom collectively constituted an equivalent large share of a backward world population then or now. Oppressed American gays and blacks, whether born here or fortunate immigrants were not aligned and violently organized in any manner including via membership of the same large worldwide religion. This unacceptable dangerous fanatical religious minority (in the US) vocally vows a militant struggle against the US which offers them such opportunity and are so obviously duplicitous with malfeasance in their hearts and minds and actions, which ironically, even the most offensive of which are still safely voiced and protected by the freedoms granted to them in America not enjoyed by any minority in their country or origin.
These freedoms would be abridged in an instant by the same US Founders were they alive and in power today. Only a small minority would tolerate the unique risks from such a violent, angry minority which is centuries behind culturally but modernly empowered with political correctness and explosives. Many of these very visible murderous minorities who are becoming adept at mutilating Americans in their own cities and military bases might do the same to each other in other countries, but in America or where Americans are, the enemy of their enemy is their friend. Death to America. Make a that a non fat latte please.
Wake up America, whoever you are. Channel your American Founding Fathers. Yes, those awful white males who set in motion the only country in the world, up to this point, which seriously thinks about walls as a way to keep from being overrun by invading disenfranchised souls choosing to leave their own countries; those masses of minorities all mostly voting today for one political party who promises them whatever they want and whose promises will only be broken and blamed on others. These masses are now on the way, collectively, to garnering the power equivalent to and as dangerous as the potential tyranny of the masses our Founders were concerned about but which is today a crafted political strategy to harness for political power rather than a danger to be avoided.
These masses are mostly without any real understanding of what made America the least awful country in the world; self reliance rather than reliance on government promises that will be broken. Fairness, present in the hearts of many, was never ubiquitous nor provided by the government from our founding nor during growth of American success. It was an ideal usually not achieved. But one demanded by everyone today, citizen or illegal and the simply naive cool aiders.
Despite what Carbon Galore Gore says, (you know the guy who is incompetent enough to lose the Presidency even though he thought he got the most votes) the Major Killer this last week at Fort Hood, TX was not a home grown terrorists. He was incubated and encouraged in the Politically Correct Celebrity Realm of Albert Gore et al who know how to make promises they can not keep with a straight face.

Interesting article; it makes me wonder if there may have been contributing factors at a higher level as to the cause of this “man made catastrophe” or terrorist act depending on how you look at it.?? A cover-up maybe?
