On June 27th 2004 Reza Kazemian (WMD Director of Operations [Head of Water Quality control and Code enforcment]) told the EPA Region 8 auditor that “every foot of NW Denver had been inpsected for specifically for tap integrity cross connections and all leaks had been sealed and tested and therefore the sanitary sewer did not contribute to the high baterial contamination in the lakes in the watershed”. Instead here’s what a video inspection done in October 2004 (2 blocks from Sloans Lake) and one taken in Dec 2008 (1 block from Rocky Mountain lake) show
