Call these Boston area Media Outlets about James Fagan, Ethicist

James Fagan needs Potty TrainingThese Media Outlets have received nicely framed HAA Nomination Certificates for James Fagan who practices his sensitive trade craft on the floor of the Massachusetts legislature.

Does he have a conflict of interest?

Is this how you want your political representative to represent you?

Did you know many legislators are free of most legal risk for what they say on legislative floors which may be broadcast around the world?

If you said on the street corner some of the things they say, you could lose a defamation suit after spending a lot of money in futile defense and even if you win, you will be the poorer for it.

Call these media outlets and ask them which lucky desk is displaying the handsome HAA Certificate for James Fagan. ASK THEM TO SEND A PICTURE OF THEIR FRAMED ONE ON A DESK.

There Is 1 Response So Far. »

  1. I know my certificate says “Impeach,” that’s because that’s the popular vernacular and because my first choice of the better term of “recall” is poorly understood. Impeachment is a legislative act and almost never results from popular uprising or succeeds because it is a peer trial.

Conversely FAGAN should be recalled. Recall is a voter’s initiative involving gathering sufficient valid voter signature to call a special election and recall him from office simultaneously replacing him with another.

As far as Deb’s views, no comment. But if she really wants to do something she should contact the Massachusetts Secretary of State, find out and do what needs to be done to collect and certify, sufficient voters signatures, and then vote FAGAN out of his seat and replace him with an ethical, moral person.

TRYING TO impeach him WILL LIKELY WASTE a lot of peoples time.
