California Dreaming. Poizner for Gov

An initiative to toughen penalties on California drivers who don’t maintain car insurance was cleared to begin gathering signatures today. Steve Poizner, the state’s insurance commissioner, is the proponent of the measure, which would require police to remove the license plates of vehicles without insurance.
